I love this chakra meditation but the voice should be slow and very calm.

I agree.I feel too many times the voices in these types of meditations sound a bit artificially soft.The spoken words should carry the spirit and the power.Especially if the speaker "knows" what he or she is saying.

Do you have anything to help with clearing issues from childhood abuse like
anger, trauma etc from it? I have been working for years trying to clear it
out and it feels like no matter what I do or try it won't go away. I have
tried forgiveness meditations, eft, reiki, qigong, hypnotherapy, you name
it. Maybe it's something deeper? I am not sure. Any suggestions? Thank you

Hi +Johnny Allen. You can try Pranic psychotherapy to treat your traumas and anger of any kind. There are pranic healing centers all over the world in most cities and you may google to find the one nearest to you. :-)

Johnny you might want to check out a book called the Presence Process on Amazon. It's the only thing that's really helped me.

Your problem is that you identify yourself with that abuses. Because you dont want to have that childhood abuses, you put with this concentration (to dont want to have it) your energy in it and create it again and again. You are not that body, you are not that spirit which thinks about it, and not that heart wich feels about it. If you meditate let it all come up and just watch it (thoughts, memorys, feelings), without to form a opinion. No judging. Time after time a gape will grow and it finally disapears.Sry, not the best english. ;)
