Everyone should be sharing this video on their FaceBook page or E-mailing
the link to their friends, because you can help people to get educated
about the health benefits of a vegan diet and help them to avoid surgery,
statin drugs, high blood pressure drugs, strokes, heart attacks, and even
early death. Be a part of the solution.
He's cool about vegan whole food, but not cool about weed smoke. Look at all his cigarette and smoking videos. In one of them he says something about 1 joint being worse than one cigarette in some regard
Hi Dr. Greger. I'm vegan and have noticed subtle but worrying ridges on my
fingernails over the past few months. What do you think might be causing
this and what can I do to help the situation? Many thanks
+LifeShorts Hi, I hope Dr Greger comments soon but in the meantime let me just say that you can also book a consult with a plant-based registered dietitian. Here is a list for RDs in the US: 1. //thevegantruth.blogspot.ca/2012/12/plant-powered-professionals-vegan.html2. //www.bigtentvegan.com/doctors-dieticians-and-nutritionists/And for Canada://www.dietitians.ca/Your-Health/Find-A-Dietitian/Search-Results.aspx?q=vegan&i=0&lI hope you figure it out soon and destress ♥
In this video (& another video), Dr Greger trashes fish. In the video where
a 40 year vegan died, Dr Greger saw the value of the Omega 3 fatty acid
that fish has in preventing heart attacks. Maybe he should take back what
he said in the older video. Thumbs down on this video.
+papaGhurka I don't see why he would need to retract any of his statements, considering that fish isn't the only source of Omega 3. Hemp seeds contain the optimum 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 without all of the cholesterol and saturated fat (and mercury) found in seafood.
