its a poem called the cookie thief A woman was waiting at the airport one night, With several long hours before her flight. She hunted for a book in the airport shop, Bought a bag of cookies and found a place to drop. She was engrossed in her book, but happened to see, That the man beside her, as bold as could be, Grabbed a cookie or two from the bag between, Which she tried to ignore to avoid a scene She read, munched cookies, and watched the clock, As the gustly "cookie thief" diminished her stock She was getting more irritated as the minutes ticked by, Thinking, "If I wasn't so nice, I'd blacken his eye!" With each cookie she took, he took one too. When only one was left, she wondered what he'd do. with a smile on his face and a nervous laugh, He took the last cookie and broke it in half. He offered her half, and he ate the other. She snatched it from him and thought, "Oh brother, This guy has some nerve, and he's also so rude, Why, he didn't even show any gratitude!" She had never known when she had been so galled, And sighed with relief when her flight was called. She gathered her belongings and headed for the gate, Refusing to look at the "thieving ingrate". She boarded the plane and sank in her seat, Then sought her book, which was almost complete. As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise. There were her bag of cookies in front of her eyes! "If mine are here," she moaned with despair. "Then the others were his and he tried to share!" Too late to apologize, she realized with grief, That she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief!!!!

omg i seen a similiar video just like it but it was in french i think and basically the man was eating the ladys cookies then when she got off the train she found a new box of cookies. so then she tried finding him but she couldnt. then it fast forward to the future where theyre married and he comes home from the store and buys her the same cookies. it was cute lol i wish i remembered the name of it ,

Gloria, first of all, I have to tell you, I just stumbled upon your videos and I can't get enough of them! You have a way of explaining how to make recipes exactly the way my own grandmom did. And she always told me funny stories as we baked together too Or gave me a history lesson about how something came about or someone handed down a recipe to her. I miss those times with her very much! I am a cake decorator and candy maker for over 32 years and I'm slowing down now because of joint and eyesight issues. It's so good to hear how well you have done with your knee replacements, I'm told as long as I can take the shots to keep doing so. They want me to get a little older before I get my first replacement. I'll be 53 next week. My knee feels much older then that! lol Also I wanted to tell you how beautiful your kitchen is!! Thank you for sharing all your recipes and your time with all of us. And please thank your grandson for helping you make your videos for you. You truely are a blessing Gloria! I tried to make these with the same amount of butter but it totally got integrated in the flour and turned to powder and wouldn't stick together until I added another stick of butter (too much butter I know) what did I do wrong?
