Step 1-Identify and isolate the problem. The problems in this case are-
A. Ever increasing motor vehicles on roads.
B. Poor traffic management.
Step 2- Address the issue and find solutions directly solving the issue. In
this case for problem A, the solution may be to limit the number of cars on
roads by strengthening license policies. For problem B, improved traffic
management systems.
Step 3- Wait for the results.
Problems with introducing Bike Ambos-
1. How will these men cater to women patients? This is debatable.
2. Introducing bikes to highly congested streets would just increase the
number of motor vehicles on roads.
The girl suggested that we should mount sensors on emergency vehicles which
would make the lights go green. Lady are you serious? It would add up to
the chaos on streets. Sudden shift in traffic signals would be disastrous
on congested roads.
The problem is not the ambulances not reaching on time. The problem is
congested roads and idiots having no sense of law or road ethics
crisscrossing and creating chaos. Eliminate that and the ambulances would
have the right of way.
And hey, why not get into the restaurant business also. I'm sure the town
could use a Sonic or Arby's. OH, yeah...and those Korean Nail places are
pretty busy, too. Let's look into offering nail polishing services while
we're at it. Because, after all, the whole point of government is to make
itself LARGER by impeding on private enterprise!
but dont that poor excuse for a hospital Fatima get insurance money from
thhe patients they dont treat? take away the ambulances and maybe the ER at
Fatima will have to WORK for there money instead of sending everyone away
after thier insurance has paid for the Ambulance ride.
