Love your video. Kudos on your butternut soup. I made this today and even my never like anything person liked it. You are correct. It is creamy enough it does not need cream. I did put a dollop of greek plain yogurt for looks and cut the tomato into little pieces to make it easier to eat. Never would have thought of the tomato until I saw your video. I have been making butternut squash for years, but it has never tasted as good as this. Thanks Cooking for Bacherlors.
