Post-Tribulation Pre-Wrath Rapture Objections 2 | Kevin Sepulveda
Sermon Outline: //tcip.org.au/2015/11/29/post-tribulation-pre-wrath-rapture-objections-2/ This is a sermon preached by Kevin Sepulveda at The Church in ...
Kevin, you say somewhere, maybe another movie that in the half of the book
of Revelation, that from chapter 12 John starts again from the beginning,
you see that the 7 trumpets are blown after the 7th seal, but the 7 vials
are some chapters further, are the 7 trumpets the same as the 7 vials??
+Kevin Sepulveda true true, btw put these next verses next to eachother, i got some insight today: Rev 3:10 / James 1:13 / John 17:15 / Rev 12:13-14 i think you can see what i saw :)
+Halil Alexander Zeverboom Thanks for that. Yeah, there's always multiple ways to answer these objections. What I found as I put these together is that you have to pick-and-choose what you believe would be the most effective answer to the congregation you are speaking to.
+Kevin Sepulveda Here you got some extra tools about 2 Thess 2 and the withholder's "he" aspect, pre-trib preachers mostly say that "he" refers to the church or the Holy Spirit, let's start with the church aspect, it is impossible that it is the church because the church is the bride of Christ, i've never seen a manly bride in my life before, and in Ephesians 5:25 Paul writes to the husbands to love their wives like Christ loved the church, and gave himself for her, my translations says her the KJV says "it" according to the interlinear both are possible but because the church is the bride "her" is better translated.Neither is "he" reffering to the Holy Spirit because in Acts 1:9 you see: you will recieve power from the Holy Spirit and you will be my witnesses, so if we are raptured before the great tribulation, and the 144.000 Jews will believe in Christ how will they testify of Him without the Holy Spirit, how will they say Jesus Christ is Lord which is only possible through the Holy Spirit?this are two precious handhelds for this issue in 2 Thess 2!God bless you brother!
+Kevin Sepulveda yes you are correct about the 7th trumpet and the 7th vial, they speak of the same event, i noticed that also, thank you for your uploads about this subject because many people believe a lie about the rapture, you see in 2 Thess 2:1 that Paul speaks about the rapture, some verses further he combines that event with the day of Christ "2nd coming" but before that occurs, the great fall away needs to happen and the antichrist must be revealed, in Revelation 20:4-6 you see that those who where beheaded came back alive "first ressurection", and the second death will have no power over them, this links perfectly with Pauls last words in 1 Thess 4 "so we will be with the Lord forever" God bless brother! :)
+Halil Alexander Zeverboom Good question! There is a variety of teaching on how the trumpets and vials correspond to one another, even from teachers that share the same rapture position (pre, mid, post etc.). I do not believe the trumpets & vials are the same, but they are similar. What we can safely conclude is that both the 7th trumpet and the 7th vial ends with Christ establishing his kingdom - so they end at roughly the same time. It could be the 7th trumpet blown, then immediately the 7th vial poured. I tend to lean toward the concurrent view- that is, Trumpet 1, Vial 1, Trumpet 2, Vial 2, Trumpet 3, Vial 3....etc etc. But I wouldn't be dogmatic on it.
At 12.30 Kevin mentioned a roadblock about "my people" that he had to
overcome. If Kevin is honest, he will need to put the roadblock back in its
place when he discovers "my people" of Daniel does not have the mixed
multitude.
See Nehemiah 13:2-3, "Because they met not the children of Israel with
bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, that he should curse
them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing. Now it came to
pass, when they had heard the law, that they separated from Israel all the
mixed multitude."
Wow, the mixed multitude were not in the "my people" of Daniel. If one is
honest and sincere, the biblical definition of "my people" within its
context is clearly Israel, not Christians, church, body of Christ, or
anyone of the Church in Punchbowl or Arizona.
The context of Daniel's great prophecy defines "thy people" to be clearly
Israel AND the city is Jerusalem with Jewish sacrifices in a Jewish temple
or tabernacle. See the pertinent portions of...
Daniel 9:15 ...thy people forth out of the land of Egypt..
Daniel 9:16 ...thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain....Jerusalem and thy
people...
Daniel 9:18 ....the city which is called by thy name
Daniel 9:19 ...for thy city and thy people are called by thy name
Daniel 9:20 ...my people Israel... for the holy mountain ...
Daniel 9:25 ... restore and to build Jerusalem...
Daniel 9:26 ... destroy the city and the sanctuary...
Daniel 9:27 ....he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease (The
church has no benefit from the Jewish sacrifices.)
A text without a context is a pretext.
This is the context of Daniel 9:24 ....Seventy weeks are determined upon
thy people and upon thy holy city.... Don't forget the city, Jerusalem and
the Jewish Temple. The first 69 weeks dealt specifically with Jerusalem.
The 69 weeks were completed when Jesus rode the colt in JERUSALEM (Matt.
21:1-12). The next day began the 70th week and the next day and the next
day until the Lord God stopped the sand clock for the 70th Week somewhere
in the Book of Acts. It seems there are 2300 days left (Daniel 8:11-14).
God will resume the 70th Week in His time.
The tribulation or the remainder of Daniel's 70th Week will be God's wrath
upon Israel. This is why Jeremiah called it Jacob's Trouble (Jeremiah
30:7). Afterwards God will pour out His wrath upon the world (Revelation
6:12-17). If you intend to prepare for the tribulation, I would suggest to
secure some property in Petra of Edom (Jordan). As soon as the Antichrist
is revealed you could take possession of that property and endure to the
end (Isaiah 16:1-4; Matthew 24:13).
Kevin added the words, "of life," to the book found in Daniel 12:1. How
does he know for certain Daniel is referring to the book of life? Exodus
32:32 and Malachi 3:16 mention a book. There are several books in the
records of heaven (Revelation 20:12). Why did he add the words, "of life,"
to the book of Daniel 12:1? That book of Daniel 12:1 was sealed in Daniel
12:4.
When people add words to the pure Bible, they establish a private
interpretation. Why? The inward desire of self-justification makes one feel
more spiritual or special than others. It is yielding to the temptation of
Genesis 3:5. The King James Bible PUNCHED a hole in the private
interpretation promoted by the Church of Punchbowl.
+Kevin Sepulveda, the tribulation will be the wrath of God upon Israel and AFTERWARDS the wrath of God on the world. Is that mature enough? Please if you would be so kind and sincere take a look at Deuteronomy 29:27-29. Let's try this again from a mature response: dear wonderful sincere adult students, doest thou notice Israel has different letters than church except for the letter "r"; therefore, the mature conclusion could be, might be, and possibly the two different words are different. Would that be a logical conclusion? Revelation 6:9-11 does NOT say Christian. You, the mature teacher, ADDED the word. It says "under the altar." Why? It is a Jewish altar in a Jewish temple. The Gentiles are without (Revelation 11:1-2). Oh, the irony of your foolish private interpretation. It is amazing that a mature teacher of the word cannot discern the difference of Israel and church or Christians.
+David Hoffman And yet you teach tribulation and wrath are the same yet spelled different...the irony. How about we be a little more mature in our responses? My response above was to help keep the conversation flowing in one thread.
+David Hoffman How many times and on how many videos did you post the same comment? Next time let's keep the discussion going in one conversation. Easier to track.
