I have a tutorial already but I gotta remake some of my tutorials. In the bottom left hand corner of my video during the intro, click that tab and it will take you to all of my calisthenics videos. U will find the tutorial there. One thing I want you to remember is consistency. If you really want something, go for it every single day. You don't need to workout everyday but if you want a muscle up, train for it everyday through multiple attempts. I even trained in the rain bro and I got my first muscle up by accident after 3 weeks and probably 1000 attempts.

Hey man I workout 6-7 days a week. And still havd the energy to work my 80
hr week job. Yes I am sore some days at work but push through it. I know u
know a lot more about this then I would ever but. I just can't keep out off
the gym pushing my self each time I'm there to get better times bigger
weights and more reps in is the feeling I love. I do like ur vids tho. Ps
the vids on my page are of me before I quite weed and drinking and found
cross-fit. Haha
Perhaps using the analogy of a mechanic's forearms isn't relevant. A
mechanic's forearms don't continue to get bigger throughout the months
because they don't allow any recovery time or regulate how the muscles are
recruited within discreet time intervals. If your goal is to get bigger or
increase definition, you can easily "overtrain." Maybe the word overtrain
is also used to imply wasting your time.
Nice video, but i have a question i'm a 17 years old male i started working
out a month a go and i'm starting to see results i workout from Mon-Fri i
still have a small belly do i'm doing 2 times cardio per week and is this
okay and is that okay if i eat sometimes non-healthy foods ? thank you
