 You want to get technical?  Was the building a moving object? My point of course is that many more relevant descriptions of that event could have been used which would more accurately account for what happened that day.  The language we use carries a complex array of subtle suggestions.  Describing the events in NYC on 9-11-01 as a collision suggests it was some how random, accidental or normal.  It was an attack.  You could describe the shooting of that news reporter and her camera man the other day as a collision.  I submit it would be a more accurate use of the term by the definition you use.  But it was many more things than a collision. It was a murder. You could describe the Fort Hood shooting as 'Workplace Violence' or you could describe soft tyranny as a man with a pen and a phone, it does not make those descriptions accurate.  There is some distance between the Clintonian truth and the WHOLE truth. Of course that might depend on what your definition of "is" is...

There are conspiracy theoiries it was related to oil exploration or even weapon tests... but the words we hear do not match the PM lip movements shown.
