Sure UST rims+ UST tires are the best choice but I rarely find a clamp on my tires when I'm riding. You can read about a lot of people riding with tubeless kits on standard rims+ standard tires with no problems (with sealant!). It's a cheap way for improving ride with standard wheels.

I personally use the ghetto method with automotive bead sealer. My ghetto system passes the c clamp test with bead sealer..... as unrealistic as it may be

Notice how many go to this in light colours. I wonder what colour black they’ll be when they go home, ;-) Remember going to a motor bike race in a stadium and never noticed there as I was too into the action, but when I got home, and yes I was wearing new sports trousers and white jumper and pale yellow shirt, they went in the bin a couple days latter when I found I couldn’t remove the tiny black, I presume was exhaust spatter. Wore black the next time! ;-)

The Falken Tire team compiled a season of highlights for the 2013 Formula Drift season in this video. are you never going to talk about this go kart again? I have the same thing but sans hydraulics and rack and pinion. also mine isn't re-enforced front suspension like yours. I need to buy an axle I bent it the other day

+origionaldz I do have hex axle. I found one online for $100 plus shipping. not a great price but I think its time to just make my own. bigger axle, bigger shocks, bigger front tires, hydraulic brakes etc.... well first I will see about a bigger axle

The kart was mainly for my wife, she was not really into it so we got rid of it.  I believe the previous owner reinforced the front suspension, it didn't look factory under close examination.  If you have the hex axle good luck, manco sold out to china and no longer nor have for a few years made replacement parts.  If you want more power get a different engine like a snowmobile or street bike engine.  They really don't hold up well to high horsepower without better brakes and some chassis reinforcement.
