Have you tried recalibrating it? Just hold the power button until it gives three or Four beebs (I'm not quite sure) Them it Will recalibrate :)

+Kendra Parks Yes. You turen it off, and then you just hold down the button until the AS thingy is red. Then just let go of the button :)

the pin screw attached to the motor is loose, same problem with mine. easiest fix in the world and i know nothing about this stuff but i fixed mine myself

+imamberhbu yeah my brothers was like that too, but my dad fixed it...basically there are two main wires, the one for charging and power. Those two wires got mixed up so it that means ur hoverboard cant charge and is out of battery
