MMmm, I love doing fish in lemon and butter too. You could probably do
halibut with this, cos it doesn't take long to cook. Salmon might be too
strong for this sauce. I used Basa, which is similar to Halibut, so I say,
go for it. Just don't use a sole or something flakey and thin. Halibut can
be quite meaty, and should stand the short cooking time. ;) xxx
this looks good!! only time I've used capers is with a white
fish,lemon,butter & capers , threw em in foil and baked for 20 min super
yummy! but I'm gonna have to try this recipe only I'll have to see which
fish isn't as flaky ...my fav is halibut & salmon
