Chicken piccata with artichokes capers and tomatoes Videos

MMmm, I love doing fish in lemon and butter too. You could probably do halibut with this, cos it doesn't take long to cook. Salmon might be too strong for this sauce. I used Basa, which is similar to Halibut, so I say, go for it. Just don't use a sole or something flakey and thin. Halibut can be quite meaty, and should stand the short cooking time. ;) xxx
