How to Grill a Perfect Steak

I am just starting to up my grill game but I already find myself
disagreeing with you by
01:00.
Part of the delight of grilling is that you CAN use less expensive cuts of
meat and get far better results than other cooking methods. Sometimes
there are some tricks to learn depending on the cut.
Since there is a strong South American influence here in South Florida, I
have come to appreciate skirt steak. To handle the stringiness of this
cut, you need to thinly slice across the grain when serving. Easy fix and
delicious.
Beef is pricey at this time and I wouldn't want your viewers to get
discouraged by the high price of the more expensive cuts.
So yes, viewers, take some time and research other delicious but less
expensive cuts.
+Cooking Outdoors Thanks for the pleasant reply.I did enjoy your video. As you alluded to, you need to take in information from different sources and see what works for you.Everyone has different grills and issues.I love my compact Coleman Roadtrip LXE but it's important to cook most things on very low heat and carefully check with a meat thermometer.Otherwise, it's easy to overcook.Still, a little overcooked is 100x better than fast food!!!(The bachelor blues)Grill on, Gary! : )
+David B I would hope you disagree on what I am doing and branch out to try new things, thats how we learn. I only hope to set an example and get people out to try new and different things.
Holiday Grilled Goose Recipe | Cooking Outdoors | Gary House
My good friend Sven over at Disturbed Cooking on Youtube sent me this traditional Holiday Goose recipe to try, a German holiday tradition. It was such a treat to ...
Best regards and compliments from Germany ... really well done.
That is exactly how it must look like... brown and crispy... with the air
full flavoured. It is a dark meat food... maybe not very common for
poultry... but the taste is worth ist.
Man that looks delicious. I have never eaten goose before. It looks like
a larger version of a duck though.... Your 'sous chef' was sneaking up
trying to taste your goose!
Tom, it was very tasty but you need to be a dark meat lover, looks of flavor and the skin was so nice and crispy. I have never tried grilled duck so I can't make a comparison.
Smoked Citrus Stuffed Turkey | Cooking Outdoors | Gary House
Part 2 of 2 Holiday Turkey time at the Cooking Outdoors house. A perfect primer for the new griller or smoker at home looking to smoke their first turkey.
When the bird looks THAT good, it runs the risk of never making it to the
table in one piece… I'd also eat a good portion of it out at the grill,
standin' up!
I will shamefully admit that a lot of the bird never made it to the table... bad Gary
Grilling a Breakfast Sandwich
Watch as Gary grills eggs on a lava rock!! Gary House shows you how to make a Country sausage, egg and cheese Breakfast Sandwich on the Island Grillstone.
Just made two perfect pizzas in the Camp Chef Smoke Vault. Used a pizza
stone on the rack, water in the pan and a few chips for smoke. Crank the
heat to high, pre-heated for 15 minutes. Thin crust pizza were done in 15
minutes. Big win I'd say.
The Camp Chef company says the vault will get up to 500 degrees. If you
have a mind to try it out I would be most interested in seeing if it will
make a pizza. I was thinking about trying to get one next month. Thanks for
the great videos.
Everything looks so good. I cook country style ribs often, you can't go
wrong with them. I am definitely gonna try the smoked mac n cheese. Thanks
for the video.
