alecz4eva, You have no idea how much your words mean to us. This is exactly why we did this video. If we only touched one person and turned around a thought for them then it was worth it for us. Thank you for reaching out. We both have been through tough times and we can attest that it gets o so better. :-) We were introduced to each other 5 years ago by a mutual friends. It turned out to be a double date scenario that wasn't really planned.

We are getting married in Atlanta, Georgia. It is not legally recognized here but we are still having a ceremony with friends and family. The paper and equal rights would be amazing to have but we don't need them to recognize our love for one another. :-) Hopefully one day. Thank you for adding your story to the thread. We enjoy hearing more and more people come to this platform to speak out. :-)

Thank you for asking. That is actually my song that I wrote (Kyle). I am a musician/singer. I put out an album last year. You can hear the full song and others on my website. It wont let me put the link in here but I will put the link in the video description. I wrote the song for Trevor so I thought it was fitting to use in the video. :-)

Where will your wedding be? My husband and I had our ceremony in Victoria, BC in 2004. It became legally recognized in California (our home) in 2008, and remained so until he died of cancer in 2010.
