Well it would take a NEW Honda Rebel or Nighthawk to even begin and they are about $3,500 from the Dealer alone.... In hours and time??. an easy $6-$10 grand total +Bike.. as It's mostly TIME taking things apart for re-fabrication and a full frame build from scratch.. Including all custom castings in the designs you want (computer work, plug and mold work.. etc), custom tank, CAD design, waterjet cut plates, seat, tires, powdercoating.. everything.. -Rob

OK, I have watched from video 1 through to this one, still not done, and this is AWESOME!!! one thing is bugging me, there are over 300 views and only 7 ratings...what gives, if you watch it rate it. I have been dropping 5's all over this series. Rob you and Hank are Rocking this build, i just wish people would give you credit by rating it.

Thanks! I'm not sure just yet.. I would rather they mount up with small bolts so they are removable without taking a cover off.. Mostly the right-side for when you need to clean the screen during an Oil change.. But we shall see!

How're you mounting the cast pieces on the clutch/points covers? Are you welding them, bolting them, or glueing them? It's one hell of a cool idea anyway.

YOU CAN USE A HONDA 185 KICKER SHAFT IT WILL WORK
