I agree with all you say. I have loved to read (and see on film) stories all my life since a very small boy to this day...so many, many years ago. It was said of Wm Holden that he never made a bad movie & I agree...that can be said of Robt Redford very easily. The acting ability of this man is to me just like Holden, Spencer Tracy, Morgan Freeman...others too...and I never tire of seeing any of his work. He should have won more Oscars but we have the stories, we have him & what he's given us.

Love his work and all he stands for and has accomplished. He seems to be a pleasant person as well. Still oozing sex appeal... even at 70. Good person in a hot package. Nice combination. =) Thank yous for adding this,100lizi. Kinda sad watching the part where he mentions working with Paul since Paul has passed away. It's almost as if Redford knew he wouldn't be alive long enuf for them to work together again when he did this interview. Very sad. RIP Mr. Newman.

Does Robert Redford has a favourite film or role that he liked more to play ? Does he have any regrets ? He enjoyed playing in the unforgettable "the way we were" enjoyed even though he intially refused the role. I'd like to know what he thinks of the other films. I heard that he doesn't like watching himself but admits in other interviews that he doesn't :mind watching his perfomance in the sting.

My favorites of his movies are Downhill Racer, Little Fauss and Big Halsy and The Candidate because he played basically unlikable characters in them. His best performances, though, are the ones on tv in the early 60s. Those were truly un-Redfordlike.

I have been a big fan for MANY years. while I enjoy all his movies, I especially love This Property is Condemned and the Sting. but really, he's my favorite actor. if he's in it - I'll watch.

My favorites are Jeremah Johnson, The Natural, Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid, The Electric Horseman, Out of Africa and An Unfinished Life. Oh, and 3 Days of the Condor.

I just bought 3 Day's of the Condor on Blu ray. It's a great transfer, video and audio looks great.
