Conversations with History: Elizabeth Warren
Conversations host Harry Kreisler welcomes Harvard Law Professor Elizabeth Warren for a discussion of the economic pressures confronting the two income ...
This is the first time I have had the nerve to listen to Elizabeth Warren
speak. She reminds me of a white female Obama. Her manner of speaking
reminds me more of a damagogue or a propagandist than a respected Harvard
Law Professor. I don't trust her as far as I could throw a boulder her
size. I can't stand how liberal and democratic politicians sum up
information into a sociable story as if I am just supposed to trust
everything they are saying and nod yes, because they are politicians,
allegedly representing me, because allegedly I voted for them.
+Christine Trzcinski Yes, I believe there should be no women or black in politics. Jews either. or mexicans. Whatever you want.I'm not sure why youtube commenters are obsessed with building strawman arguments that assume so much about you.
+Ken Upton you've got to start somewhere. do you propose no women or blacks in politics? business as usual? white males dominate? it's old school patriarchy bullshit which everyone is supposed to eat and thrive on? uh no thanks.
I'm saying I don't like the way she speaks in general. For a Harvard professor of economics I don't find her particularly impressive or intellectual, she seems to speak more like a community college english professor. This leads me to believe she is being propped up by some higher power. I am also particularly distrustful of women and blacks in politics not because I am sexist or racist, but because 1)those values get exploited for votes, and 2)such individuals are more susceptible to coercion and subversion because as the first "black" this or first "woman" that, they have more to loose by going maverick, which is what this country needs.
Hi Ken, I'm not an expert on EW neither on the topi but I found it facianting. On the pont of spekaing politics: she was not a politician at the time of this intervjuew. Maybe she had the ambition. Maybe these nothing wrong with that ambition. And maybe she have some validated data to support her statements. I think it sounds like it. I take it you do not agree on the point she is making because you disagree on the fundamentals, correct?

Predatory capitalism comes home to roost. This is the very reason we
invaded Iraq: "They're opening them (oil fields) up to other companies all
over the world ... We're entitled to it," Pickens said of Iraq's oil.
