Hi again... I was 45- Technically- I danced my ass off! LOL! - I should've did my 2nd one 6 months later but was too chicken... the only reason I got around to doing the 2nd one was because I was in soooo much pain. & yes- my 2nd hip was more difficult to endure. I didn't do a spinal sooooooo I woke up screaming in pain. The 1st 2 weeks was the worst- I'm feeling better now tho! ;) @ any rate- It's nice to meet someone who has undergone the same surgery... twice... too! ;)

Hi Scobi64, Copngrats on enduring your 2nd hip as well! ;) I am @ my 5 week mark today... feeling much better... did my last injection on Sunday! :) Started Driving my car... that was a little rough... but in time I should be fine. I plan on getting in some dancing on the 25th! Good luck with your new hip... Take good care of it!

Hello fellow hippy,Had second hip done march 14th.I'm 47 and the second one was much more painfull i'd say.Friday will be 1 month and each day gets easier.I don't have to give myself shot's i take warfarin,done with that on friday yeha!What a trip.How are you coping?
