I have no personal experience with some you list, but have tried Florigon, Mallika, Fairchild, Valencia pride, Glenn, Kent, Nam Doc Mai, I have some of the others growing but trees are not mature yet. I recommend you also try "Lemon Zest" Coconut Cream, Carrie, and Maha Chanok. fruit quality can vary from tree to tree and even from season to season. also how they were ripened etc. so do not judge a variety from 1 sample. amazing the variation in flavors between varieties.

Nam Doc Mai, will be ripe when it turns yellow and softens a bit, and yes it does have a honey sweet taste to it. Valencia Pride, will change color before it ripens, so wait till its gives a bit when you squeeze, ( nice hint of coconut taste ). Mallika is best when NOT ripened on the tree.
