It may be tea, but not the 'real way'. That's nothing more than showmanship
(entertaining to say the least). But, 'real' tea isn't made with some guy
spinning around in circles...

Brewing Thai Iced Tea
Brewing Thai iced tea at home... We love this stuff in restaurants, so I decided to experiment and try and makes the same recipe as our favorite Thai places.

Nice job explaining the process! Do you physically squeeze the water out of
the tea dregs or just drain by gravity and discard?

Thanks. Personally, I let them cool and squeeze the rest of the tea out and
add it to the batch, for extra flavor! :-)
