great video! i was thinging of using green tea from the bags and then making my sugar syrup with that, then pouring that into egg yolk...this powder sounds like a good idea too.

Ty for your kind words i live in las vegas and im moveing apartments but when im done i think ill try it out its all ive ever wanted i used to be crazy over paula deen all i ever wanted to do was cook like her and my parents would let me cook dinner alot they always said it was good and if u knew them they are blunt they dont say it enless its true u made me feel good again thank you.

Hi Aaron, get new friends!!  I have been cooking, baking and crafting with my nephew since he was able to.  He is only six and I now allow him to prep things with a chef knife. You should start a channel and prove them wrong!

Macaron are very temperamental. I bought the egg whites in a carton. The other times I used regular egg whites.
