The light plastic thing is just cheapness... articulations had nothing to do with it
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Yo Nivanz I kinda agree. A lot less plastic in each doll due to the hollowness of them. You figure in the numbers of these dolls produced and the amount of plastic Mattel saves on each doll, they can cut material cost possibly in half, as the legs were the only solid part of Barbie in the past. I mean save from the #1 Barbie.

Interesting thing I found out from playing around with the new heels to flats Barbies, is that they can wear the classic Barbie pumps from the 80s and 90s as well as the Model Muse Barbie shoes.

+Boy&Barbie Really? The Barbies from the late 80s and 90s had thicker shorter feet than the Barbies of today. The Barbies of the of the 60s to the early eighties had dantier feet though. The pumps from the late 80s to the 90s looked to Minnie Mouse heels! lol
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-RVgwG79VXj4/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAEc/eZHesjHNcg4/photo.jpg?sz=64
The shape of the feet remained unchanged, I think Mattel knows some of the Barbie collectors does want these Barbies to be able to wear old shoes

Wow... wonderful arrangement! Can I ask you why you like the hub parts? To say it Italian-style, I'd say I think the hub levels 'leave the time that they find' (lasciano il tempo che trovano), which means that these kind of things are nice, but overall they only make you loose (or 'leave') your time, they're not that great!
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-K0EzpQrCf9w/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAACk/30CSwMy7BKA/photo.jpg?sz=64
Ahahaha, ok, I didn't even know the term 'sting'!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-18Qspg-oRTY/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABM/kVj6Rhd8OxY/photo.jpg?sz=64
This is what you'd call a Sting.A sting is a short musical phrase, primarily used in television shows and films as a form of punctuation—for example at the end of a scene, or as a dramatic climax is imminent. It can be played on a variety of instruments and performed by a group or orchestral ensemble. The origins of the Sting are deeply rooted in classical music - namely Wagner - but when applied to drama they were first heard on Radio Shows. As for this particular sample, I got it off of SpongeBob XD
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-K0EzpQrCf9w/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAACk/30CSwMy7BKA/photo.jpg?sz=64
Well, I didn't mean this hub mechanic makes you loose time, I wanted to say that, after you've played the game, this mechanic has not contributed to your game experience at all, it leaves almost nothing in your memory and your perception of the game. It was just a particular time section of the game.DUN DUN DUUUUUUUNNo, seriously, that part was awesome. Now I want it in the game, too!Where is it from? I keep hearing it on the Net, but I ignore its origin...
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-18Qspg-oRTY/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABM/kVj6Rhd8OxY/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Gabriele Bianchetti Thanks! I liked the hub parts because it mixed things up from the usual monotony of typical dungeon crawling. It made it seem more lifelike rather than just 99 floors of randomness. As far as GAMEPLAY is concerned though, I do agree about the "time killing" aspect. If I could describe it in a single word it would be "gimmicky". Nevertheless, I appreciate how it helps paint a picture of the world.DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUN~~~
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-K0EzpQrCf9w/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAACk/30CSwMy7BKA/photo.jpg?sz=64
Hey! The funny part a the end was great!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
Chord at bar 35 really suggests AMm7 with added 9, where it should be suggesting Amm7 with added 9 in the original. Maybe it's the overtone of the synth that's messing with my ears, very good transcription nonetheless!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
From what I hear the harmonic structure of the descending sequence is technically the same, but instead of going from G42->C6 Cm6 Bb6, you went ahead and tonicized the Bb too with a plagal, going from G42->C6 Eb->Bb.  Pros: the music flows better, a tad easier to listen and recognise the pattern, makes more sense in the diatonic world.Cons: The C in 3rd chord Cm6 in the original also serves as a suspension carried from the 2nd chord C6 that resolves into the Bb6 chord. Tonicizing it removes the C, and kinda takes away from the pulling motion. Also the first piano. Debussy would be proud lolThat's what I can spot so far, but I'd say normally people won't really notice the change.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-18Qspg-oRTY/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABM/kVj6Rhd8OxY/photo.jpg?sz=64
+TLSlimehunter Hehe, if you're itching for a comparison, I'd love to see what you think of my approach m. 13-20. I took quite a few liberties with the harmonies there.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
That's the thing though, the arrangement is almost identical to the original, and yet in there I can hear Amm7 quality but in here AMm7, give it a try! It might just be me, but I'm blaming the (always detuned) piano timbre for that :P(lol same here, esp someone who appreciates the musical sophistication in PMD music)
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-18Qspg-oRTY/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABM/kVj6Rhd8OxY/photo.jpg?sz=64
Either one would fit the circle progression ii-V-I anyway. The C# would just make it a secondary dominant. However, a dominant 11th nearly always has the 3rd omitted to due the dissonance of a minor 9th interval between the 3rd and the 11th. So, in this case, the default assumption I'd make would be Am instead of A major. You have great reasons too though -- I should study the acoustics side of music more.(Man I'm so glad someone speaks my jargon haha :D)
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
I think it's the nature of the overtone series on the piano. In a situation where the quality of the chord is ambiguous (there's no C anywhere), we tend to perceive dominant 7 over any other 7 chords, since 4th partial C# is relatively loud in the resonance of A. That's my theory at least, it's just a pokemon song in the end
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-18Qspg-oRTY/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABM/kVj6Rhd8OxY/photo.jpg?sz=64
+TLSlimehunter Thank you! I'm a little confused though, as I DO write m. 35 using Am11 (no C#'s anywhere which would make the base triad major... m. 36 has one, but for a non-harmonic grace note).
