Hello +Ahmed Khawaja​ bro.. hope you are well. We never had any software issues with the system. Your software is 100% perfect. . Its just our kitchen staff are used to seeing hand written orders for the past 20 years and all of sudden computer printed orders confused them lol.. you know how old school ppl r :p..that was the only reason . Me, my brother .. we were okay with the system. It was very easy to take orders over the phone. But like i said. .kitchen staff are too used to with the old school way...

The software is 100% reliable.. We just gave up due to issues with the staff finding it hard to adapt it..

Yeah.. Software is very reliable.. After 2 weeks we stopped using it lol.. All the waiters can't be asked dealing with the tech.. So stopped it.. Now I'm gonna sell it...
