I just bought the 9mm version. I'll do some sort of review or showcase video about it soon and express my thoughts about. There really aren't that many reviews of the 9mm version on YT at all. Just a few showing people shooting it.

Didn't like it, eh?

It's now available in 9mm as well! If you're from NJ, as I am, the problem is that NJ law in 1990 outlawed NJ residents from owning M1 Carbines and the "carbine type" - similar ones, such as the one available from Chiappa. I've recently emailed my local state assemblyman and state senator, the governor's office, and even the American Legion, that this is totally wrong re: a historic firearm. Email them as I did. They have to hear from us, whether they agree or not. The original carbine and types merit legal ownership in NJ.

New Jersey, another anti Second Amendment hell hole.

+David Lachance hoping for as better next time.  this gun, if reliable, could make a decent home defense weapon.

how is it holding up now? im hesitant on buying one due to reviews on it being not so good. just figured it might be ammo or mag maybe.

+Chris Conwell well i havent shoot it much this summer , maybe 1-2 box so around 1100-1200 round in total in it and the last few box were reliable , it not the most accurate rifle , it a 25 yard plinker

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64

How's the recoil with this beast? Compared to say, an ar15?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Eg5IICV9DmU/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAE8M/TzjMbpPxMJo/photo.jpg?sz=64
+David Lachance Solid, thanks.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Brad Walters i cant compare it to an ar15 i never shot one but to compare to the real m1 carbine , it very little
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
will it use an M2 stock?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+45dvc no this stock for the rifle is al ittle bit different because of the bolts , you would have to file one side of the stock
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-SntbwX8S0P0/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAALg/r13E4eVQsng/photo.jpg?sz=64
Does the chamber not stay open after the last shot?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+theoxing the gun dont have a bolt hold open so no it wont stay open on the last shot
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
Interesting little rifle, how's it holding up and how is it for jamming? Thanks a million!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+David Lachance Thanks David for your prompt and courteous replies, best to you!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+ChuckHydro any beretta 92 mag will work . depending of the regulation where you live
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+David Lachance Are there extra capacity magazines available? If it is I would be most interested. I had a carbine I sold many years ago which has proven to have been a big mistake!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+ChuckHydro not bad the fron band still slide because it plastic otherwise after over a 1000 shot no jam
