The funny thing about all of the Toyota haters is that not once do you see
American Special Forces driving around in Chevy's, Ford's, or Dodge in
Afghanistan's rugged unforgiving terrain, all Tacoma's! You shit talking
domestic lovers dont have a leg to stand on. Plus alot of them are build
stateside. Quality is quality, regardless who makes it or not!
@CharlieDoan In the 3rd video I made, the very first run up the hill I
tried it just to make sure it worked, otherwise I didnt use it in any of
the videos. I have used it before for mud and snow and it works great.
2012 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner Double Cab V6 - Interior/Exterior Overview - Flow Lexus of Greensboro
Hey everybody! Let's take an inside and out look at this 2012 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner Double Cab V6!! In this clip I will go over the outside look and a few ...
2012 Toyota Tacoma unveiled
Toyota has officially unveiled the 2012 Tacoma facelift. The updated model is distinguished by a redesigned front bumper, a new hood and a revised grille.
I like the looks of these trucks but from what I've read the mpg leaves a
lot to be desired. I currently have a 97 S-10 which I purchased new and it
gets 25.5 mpg around town in the 2.2 liter 5 speed config. So I'm wondering
what 4x4 regular cab tacoma would get with the 4 banger 5 speed manual. I
really don't want or need the 4x4 part around here but prerunner not
available in my zip code without getting extended cab V6 and I know a full
size chevy V8 beats the tacoma V6 on fuel mileage.
Just ordered my 2012 Tacoma Double Cab in 4X4, with the TRD Off Road
Package, 2 weeks ago, in Silver Streak Mica. First thing it gets when I get
it home is Westin step bars, tinted windows and an A.R.E. tonneau cover
(also on order). I've been driving Toyota trucks since 1986 and wouldn't
drive anything else.
@hotrodschwinn Dude I loved my 2004 4-cylinder Tacoma with the offroad
package. It got whacked by a tree (@#$% Irene) so I got the new one but I
could only get the offroad package in theV-6. Still love it but there's
nothing wrong with the 4-cyl, don't need V-6 or V-8 for offroad just if
you're towing.
Very disappointed how do you sell a truck that does not offer all of the
options that it should have, Such as heated leather sets, 8 way electrical
adjusted seats. Sun roofs and an off road extra options package??? I am
very disappointed.. I was told you can get theses options in Canada is that
true??
@orange105 I did say I had one! Going on seven years now, its alittle long
in the tooth. It was nice when if first came out and now its fleet at best.
I didn't say domestic was better at all but the new Colorado is around the
corner too! I think there getting lazy!
@zr1drifter A 5.7 liter in a truck as light as a Taco? I don't think you're
aware of how the 4.0 V6 is more than adequate for the Double Cab (which I
drive). More power is great until it only becomes less efficient and
doesn't provide any greater capability.
I like a lot, a light refresh to the already cool design. One issue, wish
they would put in a V8 so I could pull my TJ Rubicon to the off road parks.
I guess I could go Tundra, but Taco size is perfect.
I like it, the older one still looks great so why bother drastically change
something that works? The only current Toyota vehicles I find interesting
are their body-on-frame trucks and SUVs.
It's a Tacoma, so it will be reliable and a good truck. But, I think they
need to make the 270 hp 4Runner engine standard and offer the Tundra 5.7 V8
as an option in the Tacoma.
Heated and electronic adjustable leather seats? Are you freaking kidding?
It's a truck (for hauling, towing, etc), not a luxury car. Gee, do you
chauffeur as well?
What a waste! Glad they got rid of that ugly steering wheel. I wish they
would of done more with the interior. We have a Tacoma and the interior is
complete crap!
Toyota isn't trying anymore! It's ok though, the stubborn, close-minded
sheep and fanatics will buy anything will their badge on it and not look
elsewhere.*sigh*
I like this truck. For one reason and this reason only. It's a Tacoma and I
don't give a hell about the design. Its not to look preety but to get dirty
