I've been having knee pain for a year or two. I got a brace and it helps a
little. I keep telling, telling my mom it hurts, but she does not care
because I have a brace. I believe this happened from something when I was
playing, or wear and tear from playing. Both knees hurt at times, or just 1
hurts. It feels like my knees have a mind of their own.
Sorry that you were injured. I know that is tough. I'm not a doctor so I can't give you medical advice. Sorry. I do advise having a doctor or physical therapist look at your injury.
Can a player with ACL tear play soccer again or not. If Yes, then can he
come back to his top level of performance or not? Can you post videos for
ACL injuries exercises?

I've been injured since early October 2013 .. I kicked the ball really hard
and I felt a crack in my lower back on my left side and it kept me from
walking for two days .. After a week the pain moved to the right and i can
run but I cant play any sport or it'll hurt after ..it's still like this
and I don't know if I should just quit soccer...
My advice is to see a doctor and get there professional opinion. All you can control now is getting healthy and a doctor can help. Don't play hurt as it will just make it worse. I know it's hard so keep your head up. Don't quit soccer, once you heal up you will be pumped to get back!
i hurt my lower back playing and now i cant play for a while and luckily i
will come back before season ends..i wanted to see if you had any
exercising ideas that wont really have to use my back alot? but still keep
me in shape
So sorry, hope you heal up soon! My advice is to ask your doctor or physical therapist what you can do. The back is connected to lots of your muscle groups so I don't want to recommend something that is bad for you.
