Hi Tim,
I have been used time to search for the cheapest HPFP, the HPFP of the site
you give me is cheapest, same price as www streetunit, but there can be a
difference of shipping price, that I have not explored yet, i will do that
next month when i buy.
I have looking to a mazdaspeed forum on the internet, somebody say you only
need a HPFP if you have a downpipe, without downpipe you have no profit, is
that true ? do you have a downpipe also ? I prefer to ask to you because
you have experience with.
Do you have any idea how manny more horse power you obtain with HPFP ?
Greetings,
Hi mate, I did mine before the downpipe. so in short Yes I have a downpipes, but what others are talking about is your goal for power more than it being pointless. Not everyone can do all the mods at once, The engine has 2 restrictie things, the Hpfp and dump or downpipes fix that. Then the sky is the limit as to what you want to do with mods :D.So Id say its an awesome mod, and honestly a safe one as it means you are allowing the car to not run out of fuel due to the other mods that some people do first pushing the engine beyond its limits, this way you are staying on the safe side :D hope that helps mateTim
Hi Geslotendeur xxx, Im in Australia and we have the same issue, there are some places that sell parts but most is either local fabricated or imported from either Japan or the States. Yea there can be import taxes but I have found that mostly its the postage that is considerable in getting parts, especially from the States. I would recommend //newageautoparts.com/product-category/mazda/ms3/ (american store) These guys are honest, and really good people. great service is worth the money, but they are also competitive price wise. If you shoot an email to Nate say Tim from Tims Garage put you onto him and he will look after you also. I don't know of any sellers in Europe sorry but I am happy to ask around. Another idea is to research on ozmps.com.au which is Australian but has wealth of knowledge on the MPS platform. alternatives would include //www.edgeautosport.com/categories/year/2006/mazda/mazdaspeed-6/#/?_=1&filter.car_hierarchy=2006%2FMazda&page=1I have seen //www.total-mps.co.uk/autotech-high-pressure-fuel-pump-internals.html but never purchased from them, this may be the local one though.hope that helps mateTim
+Tims Garage Thank you for the answer, i have a mazda 3 mps (2nd generation) and i also want to buy a HPFP to get more acceleration power. Now at this moment i have only a intercooler and a blow off valve.Do you live also in europe? I think that because you say mazda 6 "MPS" in your title of your posted movie. Seeking HFPS in european shop because I have many customs fees for import via america, but I find scarcely european websites that have HPFP or other parts for my mps 3
Hi Gestlotendeur xxx, good question, This is just an install and finish job. The cars computer adjust the fuel flow so will hold it back where needed and as it is fuel injected as long as the injectors have the fuel supply needed there good to go. Hope that helps mate.
the Cobb AP is the must buy Brian, its the best purchase I have for the car. the HPFP was kind of a necessary evil in order to get more out of the engine. Having said that the car goes really well and it is really noticeable. My most current set up also includes a dump pipe which completed the bolt on bits, the car runs so much better. I did a video of some drags before the HPFP //youtu.be/zrgo5S-z3Os and am waiting to fix a front CV joint then will go again and see what the new times are (and some more experience on the track). I would say to review the AP is the winner and the HPFP is just needed if you are going to tune more. A Dump Pipe is also a huge restrictor on these cars but once you get that you can get some great tunes out of the stock AP maps. launch control is kinda crazy but is heaps of fun at the track. hope that helps.

Hello! Wenn du dieses Instrument auch bei einem MPS Motor verwenden willst
ist eine spez. Sandwichplatte notwendig. Hab noch ein paar Platten übrig,
bei Interesse per PN melden.
No problem at all. Was impressed with your vid as well. Loved the discs at
the end ,the camera shaking was well funny. I lost my brakes around 6mins
at quarry. Wasn't happy
