Honestly, it looks like your load was not secured properly. It shouldn't slide around on the pallet like that. This can be prevented by wrapping the freight to the pallet instead of just having it rest on the pallet. Especially if you don't have a standard loading dock. If it slides around like this when trying to load it, imagine how much it's going to move around when the truck is bouncing down the road. I'm not sure what else the driver could have done aside from refusing to load it. Just my two cents. I've been in logistics for about 12 years.
