I don't know from where did you came up with this theory, but USA doesn't steal oil from south american countries. Russia itself is one of the largest producer and exporter of oil so why would Russia lease oil wells in Iraq. There were many reasons behind USA's invasion of Iraq. one of it was that saddam hussain wanted to create parallel currency for selling oil other than US dollars. today whole oil exported is in US$. if saddam hussain succeeded, dollar fell, america no longer superpower, so they justified their invasion on the basis that Iraq has WMD's and active nuclear program. I am not saying USA is all good good, but it's an empire just like russia, china, doing what they could to maintain their influence and power. and there are some evil fractions in USA too, but labeling them fascist and blaming everything on them is not right. true fascist nations are with islamic fascist ideology, like pakistan, saudi etc. fighting between different sects their ideology is responsible for their downfall, it's easy to blame someone for your own failures, like paki today blame India & Israel for everything wrong with their country.
