This looks FAB-U-LUUUUUUUUUS! I have some home canned moose meat (just like
beef) in my storage pantry that I was wanting to use up without making the
obvious soups or stews. This is a great idea. I am going to try making this
with some of my home canned salsa, enchilada sauce and corn tortillas.
Great way to use up preps. Thanks so much for sharing. Happy Saturday from
Canada ; ) PS a close friend of mine swears that fiddle-fart is a
word...says it all the time. Blessings.
That looks wonderful, you just gave me an idea for lunch ! Thanks Oh , the
El Pato sauce...LOVE IT... but you need to try the green can (jalapeno
salsa) not hot just a bit spicier then the yellow can. LOL I grew up with
fiddle fart also, haven't heard that in a long time. :)
You tossed that wonderful juice down the sink!!! I would have used it for
something, in a SHTF situation I am positive you would not have done that!
I try to live as if we were in bad bad times right NOW. that way we know
exactly what to do and what NOT to do!!! OH DEAR
And a perfectly GOOD word, I might say. It is always good to see it heard
in "polite company", even though we heard it regularly at home. The dish
looks delish!

As soon as you took the chicken off the grill I thought it looked perfect
to serve with rice and beans. The grill marks were beautiful! So I do have
a question for any Mexican food experts out there. What is the difference
between flautas and taquitos? They kind of look the same to me. =)
+Sweet y Salado I always thought the flautas were made with a larger flour tortilla and taquitos were made with a standard 5" taco size corn tortillia.
I always thought they were the same lol. My mom calls these flautas, and when she just folds the tortilla over tacos dorados lol. But hers are usually just boiled chicken and topped with lettuce or cabbage, Mexican cream, queso fresco, and salsa.
Learn how we make our flautas. Flautas is a Mexican dish very popular in the shape of taquitos filled with beef or chicken and server with avocados and a ...
Suggestion: Instead of using the powdered chicken bouillon, use the water
that the meat has been cooking in as the base for your salsa. it's so much
better! It's already a nice, rich broth... ;)
Have you experienced the BIG and BOLD effect of Taco Bueno's extra BIG, extra BOLD Jumbo Fiery Flauta? A hand rolled, deep fried tortilla, stuffed with ...
