Had a good week! Emilybites.com has great Weight Watcher friendly recipes. I tried 2 of them for my tailgate meal - cheeseburger cupcakes and pizza logs.

Nordic walking! When we were in Europe it seemed like EVERYONE was in to
Nordic Walking. I almost bought some poles, but they are pretty expensive.
I didn't know that my iPod has a pedometer, either. I bought the WW one
right before the plan changed so that it could calculate activity points
for me, but now I think they calculate points in a different way. :-/
You're Amazing. I love that you make these WW meeting Content vlogs. I go
every Saturday to the meetings but its nice to hear your thoughts on the
meeting. This was great and the buffalo chicken sliders look yummy. My Goal
this week is to walk everyday & and i can take my dog for a walk with me. I
don't do that often but i need to start.
I have to say that you always say that you look really bad, but you never
do. I just wanted to point out that you do that alot and you are a
beautiful woman that loves the Lord and is working at taking care of
yourself and I think you ought to see what others see. Just a thought.

hip bone as you can get it. It sounds like it wasn't picking up your steps
right. Mine is always right on point. Maybe try it again tomorrow. I hope

Leslie S. does the "Walk Away The Pounds" videos where you walk in your LR
w/the DVD. I've done it before and it's a really good workout. Once you get
the hang of the steps, etc., you can do it while watching a movie, etc.
@Katie2sWeightLoss I did but I had a brain loss moment and recorded it with
the wrong camera that takes FOREVER to upload. It's uploading now and has
70 minutes to go yet...sorry. :0(
@journeytothinify See, that's what my cheap self said! I got a nice long
lecture about how they are not the same poles, blah, blah, blah! They look
like ski poles to me! lol
