Hey saeed whats your opinion on wheat, maybe that would be a good idea for
a video, what are pros and cons and whats a good substitute for wheat. Just
throwing the question up there nothing urgent.
Hey saeed, I ask a lot of questions on your channel but I always appreciate
your response :). I was just re watching one your videos and you replied to
someone's comment saying your currently taking 2 cold showers a day. If I
may ask do you have a certain set schedule? I'm going to highly assume your
first shower starts when you wake up in the morning. But when is the best
time to take the second one? Always thank you!
+D.G.L-fitness hey man, always glad to talk to you. I take the first one 30 minutes after waking up, and the second one is variable. I either take it right after my morning workout or couple hours before going to bed. I think the most important thing is the morning cold shower :)
Excellent video Sayeed.Fortunately, I have no stress in my life right
now..to apply any of it! I have saved this in my favorites to watch it when
the next stress comes! I personally find music as a great stress buster as
well as HIIT.
This is such a great video. About writing things down, I did something
similar a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't figure out why I was struggling
so much with my new job in a new city. I mean, it's a high status job,
traveling included, and I make my own hours. So why wouldn't I be happy?
Finally I gave myself permission to be honest with myself. I sat myself
down and started writing. Lo and behold the very first thing I wrote down
was "I'm not happy." Why? Various reasons including that I hate sitting all
day and would rather not sacrifice my health for a great job that someone
else would appreciate more. So I spent the next two weeks being completely
raw and honest with myself to figure out what it is I want. Ultimately I
decided I'm done letting people tell me who I am, letting them push me
around, and running away from my dreams, which I abandoned 3 years ago to
be "realistic." So I built a plan to save money and go back to school for
my passion within the next two years.
+Saeed Mobayed well said, sir! Btw, it's nice to see your channel growing fast! And +Rasaja Hart, you made a very important step towards your passion! Keep it up and you'll certainly achieve success! . :)
+Rasaja Hart ya having your dignity kept intact is key. I would rather be cleaning out garbage and be treated with respect than to be a manager in a corporation that treats me like shit. Also I rather be standing and moving around than sitting down. I worked a high paying job for a year in an office and i made the most of it by saving so much money, but I hated every minute of it and my anger and frustration levels were at an all time high. Sitting down and feeling like a robot were major contributing causes to these feelings. Just remember whatever it is you want to do, have BELIEVE in it and affirm to yourself every day. Check out a book called "magic of believe" it's super cool you can find it pdf online. Absolute unwavering belief will carry you through anything
Oh I agree completely. Except I do like this job... but when your dignity and health are compromised I think it's time to find something else. I've done my fair share of jobs that aren't what I want to be doing... while I was in school I was doing three jobs. One full time, two part times. Bagging groceries, scrubbing toilets, and teaching yoga. So yes... I'm familiar with the necessity of unwanted jobs. just in this case, I'd rather be bagging groceries and treated with respect while saving for college than keep a high status job where there is no dignity in keeping it.
+Rasaja Hart Hi Rasaja :) I think of writing as a powerful window to the soul, the real you hidden beneath a pile of unexpressed emotions, ideas, dreams, traumas etc. So as long as you are honest with yourself and you decided without doubt or hesitation what it is you want to do with your life, then you do what you gotta do from there. Doing jobs you don't like is part of the deal, as long as the money is being used to build your own dream then at least you know it's all temporary. Impossible is nothing, impossible is temporary, impossible is potentail ;)
