+Mewesical Aaww sorry my video didn't serve your needs but I hope you find what you are looking for on other channels :) Thank you for the tip on modelling the clothes, I just feel a bit awkward doing it which is why I didn't on this occasion. I did however in my capsule accessories video so I am getting there!

+Tina Lozano hehe no it is not my actual wardrobe. My wardrobe is too dark to film in so I hang the items on an Ikea clothes rack just for the purpose of the video. A capsule wardrobe is essentially building a wardrobe of key pieces that are timeless (as much as clothing can be so think lasts 5-10 years rather than 1-2 years) that can be switched in and out depending on the seasons and they all mix and match. I struggle a bit as I like colour and prints but am trying to get my capsule wardrobe down to a few key neutral items that I can rotate my colours through. Essentially it is about getting the most out of your clothes and not owning anything you don't love that makes you feel amazing. I hope this helps!

Great video Claire! Your wardrobe looks like it would be really versatile and I love how you've included some bright colours too - particularly love your beautiful scarves :) I think considering how sunny it still is in Perth in winter, a bit of colour is always a good thing (I just feel so boring if I wear all black when there's so much sunshine!) I actually just put up my first capsule wardrobe video but it's very rambly so I'm thinking I might need to film my next one like you've done here! xx

+Lauren Loves Laughter Thank you :) I love my colour. My spring/summer wardrobe will be more colourful as I find my warm weather clothes tend to be bright. Ps. My first video was 20 minutes so don't worry! Just make it as long as you feel you need to say what you need to say. Good luck!

Yes! I wear a size 8 though and these are a size 7 so I went with those because they're a little more snug.

Yeah, it can be tough to find a good one, but once you do, it changes everything. Alterations is pretty much the only way I can get jeans to fit me perfectly.

Hi Kimberly! The shoe rack is actually an end table from Target. The clothing rack is from Ikea, and the mannequin was an old one my job was getting rid of so they gave it to me! Most of my clothes are from LOFT :)
