hahaha r u fucking kidding me.. that was the heavy staff.... lmfao, u just thought it was slow cuz he was moving it so fast... and besides it was like a kata so everything had to be controlled... hahah no way yo, u shouldve seen the vhs version. U can actually see the bo twirl like a helicopter propeller.

Kwak, lemme give a little idea of what my dad (eric) has done. He has six black belts total, all of them being mulitiple degrees, hes studied boxing, kick boxing, muay thai, san soo, kunf fu, jiu jitsu, judo, Phillepeno martial arts, thai kwon do,so on and so forth. Thats just what I remember.
