These look so good, i love rice crispy treats! thanks for sharing. My favorite ones to make them with fruit crispies. i never met a snack like this i didnt like lol

Yum! Maybe you could heat the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds and that would give you a little more time to mix everything together?

+darlingmoon yes I cooked it the day before so the moisture would soak up...the dryer the rice the better the stir-fry to me.... fresher rice seem to make a mushy stir-fry
