Hi. I read a coment on otherinternet site, about this comunications, where it says that this transmission comes from Spain or Portugal. Possibly they are from Spain because they speak Spanish. The conversation is about kitchen and food. the comunications not appear to be from amateur radio. This comunications seem as pirate operators. This is more one consequence from the invasion of Europe by Chinese "portable radios" 73 from CT4RK

How do you suggest that protection to be implemented on an amateur radio satellite? There is some form of protection in place which is called a band plan but if people don't stick to it then it doesn't work. As for the conversation being broadcast over half the planet, it would be great if FO-29's footprint would be that big, but it's not. 73 de K5TRI
