@imsassi Getting my WBC is the last thing in line. Once I get it up my
energy will improve & I can work on my endurance. One day I will be walking
again instead of being pushed in a wheelchair. Sometimes it is daunting...
I see how far it is in an airport & think how can I walk that.... one step
at a time. I'll get there & beyond. I'll be like the old OJ commercials
where he was running & jumping over everything to get to his flight! No
more walkers and wheelchairs. A nice pair of heels will do
@rockybarragan Rocky I saw that you have the shingles too! Your's look a
lot worse than mine but I was already on Acyclovir so I think that helped
me out a lot. I hope you enjoy your travel to LA. Have some fun in Vegas
for me.... do some really good shopping. I haven't got to see anything in
Chicago except the hospital and our hotel was next door to the John Hancock
building which was neat. I want to go down the magnificent mile and go into
any store I want and see the Navy Pier... and Oprah!
Your face is doing sooo well!!! I know we tend to get inpatient but like
you said your only 5 months old, you have done what you set out to do by
getting rid of the Lupus, yhaaaaaa. Now you have put your body through alot
and it needs time to heal itself. You said you system was low to start with
so it has to reajust itself, it has to get its memory back to when it was
healthy. With all the ups & downs your doing fantastic and still being able
to help others. Aces in my books kido (((hugs)))
@juliagoolia72 Hi Julia! I don't know what to call you now after your last
tag video. I kinda like Jules. Anyways... I save up my energy for the
videos but my energy is increasing. There for awhile I didn't even have the
energy to talk. Then I could barely whisper but I couldn't lift my head off
of the pillow. Now I can get out of bed and eat in the living with the
family. Yes we are all American... no dining table for us.... well, we have
one.... we just dust it when needed.
@thelmalou475 I miss you Sandy. I will live out the purpose God has for me.
No questions asked. He is showing me more and more and it is exciting. I
can't wait to be independent again to where I can be the wife, homemaker,
mother, friend, daughter, sister, etc. that I want to be. It has been 3
years since I have driven, been in a grocery store, hate to say it but
cleaned my home.... thank God Dwayne and Sheldon like a clean home or I
could be the next guest on Hoarders! LOL
@junbug1029 I had a friend over today who said the same thing. Then I asked
her about what has been going on in her life and it was the same thing but
different scenario. Her's isn't medical but she is learning patience and
perseverence just in a different way. We each have our own battles and they
are no more or less than the others. Pain is pain whether it is physical or
emotional. We just need to know God is protecting us.
@luvemi7 Sabrina, believe me you do encourage me. Thank you for your
continued prayers... those of a prayer warrior. I have definitely learned
and see how the majority take their health for granted. My prayer is they
can learn from others experience and not have to learn the hard way. We
complain about doing laundry, cleaning house, washing the car.... Now I so
look forward to those days and I can't wait to show you guys.
@ziplockcan That's one thing my mom keeps reminding me was of how ill I was
to begin with. I was already down then taken down more and then some more.
My body has to learn what "well" and "normal" is again. Dr. Burt said the
first year will be of ups and downs. I'm glad I am almost to the half way
mark! The second year will be getting healthy and in order. Two year
process but NO LUPUS! Happy Dance!!!!!
Hey Tremia, You are sounding so much better. Your voice is strong and
confident. Still sending good thoughts & prayers your way, I check my
subscriptions several times a day looking for updates. Thank you for
keeping us all informed. This has been such a long and pain filled journey
for you but I am sure that it has helped others. Hang in there sweetie!
Kellye :)
Thank you for putting up this video Tremia. Have missed hearing you and
seeing you. YOU ARE AN AMAZING SPEAKER!! Well, you are simply amazing but
your communication skills are really wonderful. A very touching video -
very encouraging. Sending you and the dear Dwayne - hugs and happy
thoughts. Praying for continuing good recovery now FINALLY. Jo-Anne in
Vancouver
You give me so much inspiration to keep going and keep my head up! I come
here to try to give you support and you always end up giving me strength! I
pray for you everyday Tremia, and It will be so wonderful to see you
celebrate each and every milestone. In this world we don't and can't take
our "baby steps" toward healthy for granted. Hugs, Sabrina
aahhh sweetie -YOU ARE MY HERO! You sound wonderful, so much stronger and
ready to stand up and fight this last blow. Your face is looking much
better and I feel you are just about there. WHOO HOO!! One more week and
the bandage off and NO LUPUS..you so deserve to move on from here. oxoxo
love and prayers continue.
@raelanae2 The closer I get to this finish line the more God is showing me.
I've "stood" as the bible says for the past three years and God has told me
it is now time to move on. I'm excited and will not hold back, have doubt,
or say no. I will do what He asks of me. Thank you God for never forsaking
me.
Hi Tremia ! Congrats on 5 months ! You sound so much better, and your eyes
have life again. It's so good to see you. Pretty soon this will all be over
and you will have beautiful new skin. No more lupus meds. You will get your
body back and your hair is coming in so beautifully.
@msdelle22 My Hemogloglobin got down to 7.8. When it goes under 8 is when
my doctor transfuses. Man, I just don't like getting blood transfusions.
This time I had them go nice and slow. It was 4 hours per unit but I only
had slight itching, no nausea or coldness. It went well.
@rivers1anne It feels so good to be five months old and not in diapers.
lol. I can't tell if my hair is going to be curly or straight. It was
naturally curly and I hope it comes back in that way. I do see a few more
gray hairs than I did have... but that can be taken care of!
@Kellye812 I'm looking forward to the day that I can make my daily vlogs
again. I enjoyed my "much about nothing videos" those will be coming too.
Oh, and who can forget Mr. Chicken. He's still around and riding in my
walker basket. Good days are ahead.
Your attitude amazes me! Even though you say you don't have any energy and
even though you look so uncomfortable, you are always so upbeat. I see such
a big difference from your last video to this one. Hang in there!
Tremia ~ God bless you! You are such an inspiration for all of us. Most of
us haven't had to endure anything close to the rough road you've travelled.
Thank you. xoxo Joan
