Uber wants to keep thing exciting for drivers, so from time to time uber throws surge here and there to make drivers excited like dog waiting for a treat from its owner. the more drivers uber gets the more the price drops. Warning: eventually Uber will drop the price in the SF city, and plays the game of surge with the drivers. so drivers will have some rides at  30c a mile and some others at $1 a mile, and so on

+Freud Ba there is definitely a lot of truth to your comment. I would love to make a video talking about that. Whenever I go to the Uber office I always notice I'll a lot more minorities.

+Jermaine Ellis Uber manages to Hire many low educated people mostly people of color. Uber wants to reward them 50c per trip for driving a Uberpool in south bay. Drivers are making up to 30c per mile in a pool. AT the end Travis knows That driving for Uber is better than dish washing. this is his target. low income people can be absorbed by Uber easy.  uber price will never go up again only down, the gas price will never go down again only up, and soon it will be $10 per hour driving people for uber with no benefit
