+XXKyle182XX Hey, man. Chef Gui here. A good temperature for the oven is 350-400F. A similar piece of salmon will cook in about 10 minutes. I can't tell you exactly; that would be silly of me => I don't know if your oven is conventional or convection, how big the piece of salmon is, if your oven is even accurate, etc... What you're looking for though is a salmon that is opaque throughout. But still moist. Here is what to do: cook an extra piece and open it with a knife after 10 minutes. YOu've been to a nice restaurant before, right? Then you have the answer on whether or not that salmon looks done to you or needs a bit more. Or better yet, get a "meat" thermometer and make sure it reads 145F. Good luck, man. :)
+neodeville That's if they're overcooked (stink bombs!). But when you cook them like that, really quick, keep them fresh and crispy... awesome! Give them a try again. :)
Pregnancy and Hair
instagram/funkymacgirl What happens to our hair when pregnant! Hair will feel thick grow longer and then fall out. Hair grows in stages Anagen the growth stage ...
Awww... Congratz on ur pregnancy! How exciting =) but yeah great info, as
always... That's what I did, was wear masks... And just also try to be in a
well-ventillated area during the process or use a fan If ur kinda enclosed.
If someone is really worried about the chemical fumes harming the baby than
I would recommend trying to get ur Hands on the N-95 masks... Which are the
ones we use with patients that have tuberculosis and other airborne
diseases. I work in a hospital so I have access, but
you know, i use to think they were ok but doing research, but they say no,
prenatal already has alot of iron and if we get too much iron we get
constipation,Plus prenatal vitamins are high in folic acid (it helps brain
development in fetuses), but having too much, which can lead to rapid heart
rate, easy bruising, tingling feelings in your toes, and memory loss. ive
been prescribed prenatal before when i got really sick and it made sense
since i was low on iron!! look into taking Hair vitamins
henna is really hard to get out,i hear peroxide will/might do the trick but
honestly i dont recommend it..it will leave your hair stiff and damaged,
try washing with dandruff shampoo. Really it takes months for it to come
out, or till it grows out Why did you choose Henna?? And thank yOU!! IF
ANYBODY CAN HELP WITH HER QUASTION FEEL FREE TO HELP!! F.Y.I If you really
wanna try the remover, only do it on one section where needed, basically
test it out before your hair is completely ruined!!
Congrats to you!! I lOve your hair!! :) But i have a question....I of
course bleach my hair blonde I do my roots and for some reason i always
have a problem with the toner..never seem to get it right... i like my
color warm blonde Not Platinum..i used a wella toner now i have
purple/greyish tone to my hair.....how do you go about fixing this problem.
Everytime i use a toner this seems to happen thats why i seem not to like
them..Need to figure out how to use them so i Can...Any Sugg?????
Congrats on the Baby! I wondering if you can help me My hair is this color
right now: todsup.com/the-top-10-blondes-in-hollywood/I have naturally
White hair 95 percent. My hair is ombre so the bottom color is hair dye and
super brassy. And my root color is Taylor swift's current root color from
the Grammy's. I would like it to be all the color of her grammy photo:

what toner or other method should I use?Thx
I used the 10v developer should i go higher?....funny you asked cuz what
happened was i was suppose to pick up the t10 toner but instead when i was
doing my hair i realized it was t14 ash blonde thinking it was ok...i left
it on for bout 10 min no more than 15 cuz i was afraid this would
happen....what would you suggest to wash it out with? im reading clarifying
shampoo or should i use a color stripper? thanks so much for the replies!!!
:D
i know it does sound confusing but yes if you are trying to conceive than
its ok, but contain higher levels of folic acid and iron, so when pregnant
this is what we really need since baby takes all this from us, i use to
think to they were ok, once when i had strep throat the doctor gave me
prenatal to take!!! dont take them if you dont need them! when i found out
i was pregnant they didnt even give me pills till i was close to 3 months.
I usually tell my clients to wait after 12 weeks until they color their
hair even then sometimes the hormones may act up and your hair may gave
weird reactions. But i have never heard coloring your hair affecting the
baby. As well as we tell our client to keep taking the prenatal after
giving birth so help a little with the hair loss. We have noticed that on
most clients it helps. by the way congratulations on your babygirl!!
As a hair stylist what I tell my clients who r pregnant and what iv been
told , is that colouring your hair doesn't harm the baby , because of your
hormones your more likely to have a reaction or it not take properly , like
one stylist at work was pregnant and she has her hair like white grey and
her roots always turned out yellowy and now she's not pregnant it's back to
normal :)
I thought using the t18 or t14 would make my hair whiter??? I usually use
Goldwell 8GB hair color?? I usually stay in the golden/blondes/bieges etc
... If not next time i might try the t14...ive been doing my own hair for
awhile now you would think i know what im doing....being blonde is so
hard.....but I love it :) thanks so much your a lifesaver!!! :)♥♥
Congratulations on the baby! I have a question for you, i dyed my hair with
black henna a few months ago and I know its extremely difficult to remove
that color! But im really sick of it and i wanted to lighten it a few
levels atleast. What is the best way to get rid of this color? Im thinking
to use effasol by loreal which is a color remover...
I will try using the effasol with 20 peroxide on a section of my hair and
see how that goes! I used henna because i was so frustrated with black dye
fading every two weeks! The henna definitely does not fade so that was
great, but now that i want a change i regret it! Thanks for the advice, ill
let you know the results after the effasol!
Congrats to you all i know is if you get the depo shot you will loose your
hair i took ot once and it fell out by the brush full i would brush it
would be full wash drain is full and comb and it was full after that ot was
never the same it wasant from the hormones mines always been thin after i
shaved it when i was young
Congrats!!!! I'm preggo too 5 months! :)) thanks for all the info! My
question is I relax/perm my hair every 3-4 months but it's been so long
since I've done it [april] is it safe? or do I wait it out for another 4
months! Congrats again! What are you having if you don't mind me asking! :)
are you asking about dyesd grey hair or natural grey hair?? if its dyed??
wait till it washes out, if its natural then apply the color of your
choice, perfable a pro brand grey hair is very stubborn, VERY!! then you
can apply it with a 20 developer to open the hair and let the color in.
Hey i need your help please?!!! I have my hair blonde and i want to go back
to black. But i dont want any bleaching to go back to black.. Can i just
get a Garnier box of Black? Would it all dye back to black?? My hair is
really damaged would it get damaged more? Thanx please reply..
it will wash out?? what developer do you use and for how long?? The t10 is
wayy warmer than the t18 i used it once and felt like it darkened my
blonde(although it just gave it a biege blonde) really the toner should
only lbe left on 5-10 minutes..
One more thing we gave clients that come in and they will have a 9 month
old and their hair will still fall. It usually stops after a year but it
doesn't fall out as much as the first 3 months. Oh how the human body
works....
My sister in law sells vitamin supplements from Amway and she said that
taking prenatals while not being pregnant is good because it helps your
body get stronger and ready for when you do get pregnant. Now I'm confused.
Lol.
no not a color stripper, yes a clarifying shampoo, usually a little warm
water an shampoo works for me but did u mean t18, the t14 is the blue toner
for orangy hair, anyway the 10 is fine thats what i use, sometimes a 20..
I did dye my hair whilst pregnant and it was fine, it took fine. After i
had both of my boys, about a month after my hair started to fall out and it
got very thin. Its only coming back to life now and my son is 18months!
The fumes of the hair chemicals may be strong for a prego lady and may
cause nausea, that's about it, NOTHING will happen to the baby, like u
said...it's protected by the placenta...coming from a Pro hairstylist. :)
congrats! i had my baby girl five months ago and my hair has been falling
out for the last two months. when it first started i was freaking out
because i have very fine and thin hair. i hope that it stops soon.
thanx, good to know, how did u do hair and the fumes not get to you, i
touch up my roots and every so often i have to walk away from the bowel
when im applying toner or suffocate myself with a towel! 8(
aww really?! Congrats!! the only big thing really is the fumes, but you
should be ok, ask your doc to be safe! ive read people getiing perms as
well and they been just fine! im having a girl, and you?
if it has no thing to do with pregnancy it s just natural or maybe you
should just eat more veggies if you are already!! but if your getting a
bald patch see a doctor, other than that your fine!!
i never use the t14 i just re bleach if i have too and yes its not easy to
go light, if you can get goldwell keep using it i love goldwell i have
videos on using goldwell, keep in touch!!
OMG seriously it was annoying i had to wait ONE HOUR for it to stop, just
so that i can start filming then right in the middle someones cars alarm
was acting up AGAIN..ughh!!
thank you!! and thanx for confirming that 12 week mark! I had a friend who
was pregnant before she knew and her hair did act up the color would not
take 8(
I went through the stages. And after baby, and the shedding. Some hair grew
back around the hairline. But the thickness before baby never came back. :/
you know this last time my roots acted dumb.. so im gonna make this my last
touch up till the baby is born i still have 2 months, i should be ok!!
