+Fiorella Marisol First of all, get your knee checked by a doctor. You don't want to mess with that. Especially if there's pain associated with it. If you're cleared to work out one thing you might try is elevating your hands on something like The Step, books, or actual steps on a staircase. This will give you more room to move your knees into and might be easier for now.

+Hayder Abdulilah Abdulrahman He is young, so he don't have to work out hard. He should go on a diet and walk/run for 30 minutes a day. You shouldn't push him into something hard :)

Since muscle building isn't really emphasized for prepubescents, cardio workouts such as running, jumping jacks, or some of the exercises from this workout will help. Little progress will be made without a proper diet. If the children are really into hobbies like video games or something that doesn't induce exercise, reward them with playing time after they do a certain amount of exercises.
