2 hours is not long at all. I used to play division 1 football and we used to be working out about 4 hours a day.About 1 hour of cardio, a good hour of weights and the other 2 of drills. This is about 4 to 5 days a week.At the end of the day it's about what you're training for and what body you aim to achieve.Just look at how much time actual bodybuilder a and powerlifters spend in the gym. I mean heck, Kobe once said he was up at 3am and was in the gym all day making his game the best possible.
+taylor gear You're working out way too long... I only do an hour and a half of cardio. I usually dedicate that day to cardio actually.. I run about 3 1/2 to 4 miles. You're eventually going to hurt yourself or wear yourself out if you keep working out for 2 hours or more.

I was doing bodybuilding / fitness type workouts in gym but now I do street
workout 3 or 4 times a week (~3 weeks in streets) and it is a lot more
tougher. It feels more energy consuming workout. After a workout I feel
that I don't have energy for nothing else than sleep. I don't take any
specific supplements, I try to eat typical clean bodybuilding meals. After
a workout I take a glass of milk and after ~20min - meal. Also I feel like
my bones in forearm hurts. Could you give me some advice?
yea you got it the street workouts are to the point and best to increase
dynamic strength which is what you want to be more athletic. I learned
about it from the "thug workout" series on youtube lol. If youre going for
a bodybuilder type look you usually need to include traditional weights and
specific exercises to target muscles that might be underdeveloped or in
need of extra work.
I was looking at his melon rind juicing the other day. He and his partner have a good video on making sauerkraut. I saw it some months ago. I check in on their videos now and then.
