Why are you getting flutter with a bov? Doesn't sound like it's doing its job at all. Not a very good video if your trying to sell someone on a product. .

+Adam Kearns I'd agree with surge being more boost than the engine can swallow and am used to surges from the throttle being closed being called reversion.

+Jordan Cleinman this is flutter, surge will kill motors and destroy turbos, surge ONLY happens when on boost and what causes it is you are pushing more air then what your motor can consumeif you want to get technical about it, flutter is a form of surge but its not damaging and harmless to both the turbo and motor

Surge can be either or, if a turbo is making so much flow that the engine cant take it all, the turbo WILL surge
