I have that and it goes into double vision, I blink and it's back to
normal, and there it goes back again to double....this is primarily when I
am sitting and looking at a distance...like in church, at a concert,
meeting, etc. It drives me crazy! The doc says my eye jerks toward my nose.

Pendular Nystagmus
Pendular nystagmus in a patient with multiple sclerosis. This patient received Neurontin , which resulted in improvement of the Nystagmus.
