I wish you could contract CEBV so you can get better educated on this
subject. I and my wife have been stricken with this and all the medical
community did was milk us over and over sending us round and round to other
incompetent doctors. Please stop spreading misinformation around youtube to
people like me looking for help. It's not the 70's anymore! People know how
to read and where to get information on the internet. In my opinion your
ignorant, go back to school!!!
@Vstar4me, Can you please help me? My wife and I both have had this
nightmare for almost 2 years now before finally finding out for ourselves
what it was... no thanks to these ignorant freggin doctors!!! I wish this
doctor could get CEBV so has a better understanding of what it is really
like. Please email me at gmai.com if you don't mind.
I have this since I was 3 years old, couldn't figure out wat the fuc it was
when I was 21 I'm 25 now went on to remove my tonsils and the problem was
solved it was a big relief for me
Generating B-lymphoblastoid cell lines using Epstein Barr virus transformation.
Generating immortalized B-lymphoblastoid cell lines via Epstein Barr virus transformation using the B95-8 EBV-infected and producing marmoset cell line.
The amount of MB20 that is addedd should be enough to turn cell suspension
in flask a characteristic pink color of fresh RPMI. Maicroscopic evidence
of transformation can usually be documented by day +4 (cell cumulus as seen
in the microphotograph for 4x field on day +3 of the video minute 6:03, and
epithelioid aspect of cells shown on 25x field of day +9 pic ...
minute06:12 of the vidi). Feel free to contact us via emal

Flasks are observed under microscope every day (and photos taken), on day
+4 an equal volume of 20% FBS RPMI-1640 (from now on called BM20)
supplemented with Cyclosporine A is added to each flask. Every 72 hrs
afterwards (day +7, +10...) a variable amount (for us this is normally
between 1 & 3 mL) of fresh BM20+CyA is added whenever the culture turns
yellowish (aprox. every 72 hrs).
@ong150 Practically as many as you like, as long as you keep on expanding
the culture flasks (splitting) and keep the cells growing. Haven't got the
exact figure with me at the time. Do contact me via [email protected] in
the future. Best
There is no correct answer to this... perhaps "as many as you would like"
as transformed cells keep dividing and generating more cells (as long as
you provide them with the nutrients and space).
Hi, Can I ask you after transferring the cells to the T2 Flask, how often
over the next weeks do you feed the cells? Do you take off 2 mls and add 2
mls of fresh media or how do you do it?
The generation of hybridoma cells escapes the aim of this protocol Sorry
