I have taken your comment on board but need to emphasise that I teach beginners who have never worked with a computer before. Many are elderly and many are disabled. Many people are lost because most courses are too technical and teachers are not 'approachable'. although you may not have liked this video's presentation style I hope it was useful to you. already know this but i want something that give me more details like my motherboard name model and other things :)
