+Cirno it comes with a usb cable that only fits the phone... -- mobile to computer. the website i bought it from sets the language to english for you. it's default language is japanese.

@Darkou40 well, actuallly when i typed 25 it was like 10 fps, but then i typed 60, and it slowed down to about 40, and it was quite smooth XD

@tomol6 The end result will be 25 fps what you see is encoding speed at a given time If you ask 25 Fps you get 25 fps .

everything goes convert very well, but except the ipod convertion, the video is ok, but the audio has a problem, the audio sound like a little static or bootleg, not sure, but when doing Music videos, please, check this issue out. there's errors popout, just something fix in the ipod convertion.

ok, you mean in expert mode find the profile for the ipod? i actually did find the profile and did some editing and then i started converting, but when it starts, the whole program just went "not responding" on me and i have close it. oh yea, i'm converting an avi to ipod, by the way.

hey i got this program and when i open it after a few seconds a window pops up and says quick media converter has stopped working and then the program closes? and it does this everytime. ive tried reinstalling it several times but nothing seems to work. please help

I've just downloaded QMC and love the simple layout, but every time I try to convert a file it comes up with an error message. Apparently this has something to do with giving full admin rights. Does anyone know what this means or how to do it?

Hello , the codec and format you chose for conversion is very high quality so it takes longer to make the video as it is highly compressed ... It depends also on your pc s cpu but still is normal ..

@harryxiong90 What settings did you use ? in easy mode ? There is a new version with a rectified ipod profile in the profiles you may want to try that and see if it solves your problem

It all depends on the input file but also on the output format settings selected as well as computing power of your pc ..It may take from a few minutes to a few hours .

Yep , you should also know that by contract they would not let us do this type of stuff and also you should probably disable your firewall to validate your application before making any subjective comments and jumping to wrong conclusions as the reason we do this is because we protect our users from hacked portable versions that may damage their computers .. So do not download any portable QMC and let the application contact the server to validate its genuinity.

:O! It works! FLV didn't work for me. But that doesn't matter. If Converting FLV to Avi doesn't work... try using MP4 to WMA. TO get an MP4 file out of any video, just at "fmt=18" to the end of each video. After each video is fully loaded, access your temporary internet files folder (Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings under browsing history -> view) and retrieve it :D Hope this helps.

Also, it wont work. Im trying to convert an .flv to any other format, but something comes up saying 'can not read file. probably your output file has a read-only attribute,or it is occupied with another application, or you used an invalid name for your file, etc. I dont think the name is invalid because I didnt even touch that part. I don't even know what the other two mean.

Normally it should work with QMC, we know it does to put videos on your LG dare we have no report if the reverse process is true yet , it would be nice if you tried for us and let us know . QMC supports conversion to WMV and allows you to use windows movie maker with the above mentionned format. Have a nice day thanks for reverting about your tests .

Because Mc Affee screws up and thinks they own the world , they decided to indicate our site as dangerous because one of the links we had to a download site considered as dangerous, so we removed the link , you can verify sites like tucows they have our application and gave it 5 cows .... My WMM is not able to play any AVI files... it says that codec is not supprted something.... Can this converter convert the files into DV- AVI or WMV as well & if u can help me with my WMM then it'll be great .. I'll appreciate it ...

@lakashipu It all depends on what you want for output , if you have chosen play in expert mode by trial and error using profiles remember that pixellisation may also come from changing the aspect and size of the video...

It is slow depending on the output format you choose if H264 it takes a bit longer but the quality is much greater =:)
