Chevrolet Venture Commercial (2001)
A commercial, for the Chevrolet Venture in 2001.
2003 Chevy Venture
//SoundChurch.TV Super clean Chevrolet Venture Minivan for sale. This is the Warner Bros. Edition that is all loaded up for the whole family and perfect for ...
Those are great vans and it looked like very low mileage, that exterior was
fantastic. I believe this was the Stealth Gray paint which actually looks
somewhat blue metallic but that's the way that paint sets up at the factory
- great color!!! Also, this is the 120 inch wheelbase as he stated and is
just a great size. The engine on these were / are very strong. Has nice
features as well. The only thing I don't see on this one is the heated
seats and the auto-leveling shocks (which would have meant we would have
seen the air compressor in the back extended compartment) (driver's side).
Also, I'm not sure if this had the air conditioning controls in the back
with the DVD fold-down screen for the rear passengers. The passengers in
those models have their own ear-phones and can watch movies or listen to a
separate channel than the front passengers. These vans are just loaded
with features and they run for 202,000 miles at which time the head gaskets
go out, the wipers screw up and freeze mid-stroke, the oil will start
leaking, the gas gauge starts flipping out resulting in the gas tank having
to be dropped and fuel pump completely replaced, the electric windows stop
working, the electric passenger sliding door quits, the headlights fog up,
the bulbs behind the HVAC controls start going out one by one, to get a
tune-up the engine has to be unbolted & tilted from it's 60 degree
position, the alternator goes out, the A/C gets hot, the shocks and struts
go bad, the leather seats tear apart, the condensation from the A/C drips
down to electrical wiring thus causing shorts, and on and on and on. Good
luck Venture / Montana / Silhouette owners, you're going to need it
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and the Tranny starts to show signs of
going out at about 184,000 miles. I know I'm missing about 20 more things
but it's getting late. By the way, this car dealer is very good and
trustworthy, I'm just stating the facts about that Venture van, LOL. It's
not the fault of the dealership, they sold the van in good shape and I'm
sure it got a ton of more mileage before everything started to fail.
