A lie of omission is still a lie (actually more unethical that a regular lie because it is easier to believe and remember). //www.supremecourt.gov/about/constitutional.aspx !!! As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution. !!! Either Mr. Mateer is ignorant of the strictures of the constitution and the many decisions of the Supreme Court on this matter or he is a liar.

I'll give Mateer $10,000 is he can successfully defend a case involving government condoning religion in federal court, including appeals, by arguing primarily that separation of church and state is not a key constitutional principle. The only caveat is, if Mateer loses, he has to pay me $10,000. Hopefully, some of you will be able to see how Mateer has attempted to frame the debate and how to counter this type of sophistry.

Uh, I hate to tell you this, but the first amendment is all about separation between church and state. If the state recognizes one religion, it has to recognize them all. So, moron, if you allow the bible in public schools, you have to allow the koran as well. See how easy that is to understand?

False, "blacks" didn't exist 150,000 years ago.... however yes according to some scientists we all have a "common" African ancestor (an early primitive cave man) ....not a black man lol if you study anthropology and paleontology you would know that the races as they are today didn't exist 150,000 years ago when early primitive humans lived in Africa and started migrating outward.... so called Africans, Aryans, Asians, Indians etc.. didn't exist way back then.
