HE WAS RUN DOWN BY A 16 YEAR OLD TEENAGER............WHITE.............. AND THE TEENAGER GOES OFF SKIPPPING SCOTT FREE. ITS ALSO STRANGE THAT......THE AGE OF THE TEENAGER LEGALLY BARS ANYONE FROM DIGGING AROUND INTO WHO HE IS AND RELATED TO AND WHERE THE KID IS NOW. ITS ALSO STRANGE THAT A PERSON COULD VEER OFF INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC AND RUN DOWN A PERSON ON A BIKE IN DAYLIGHT WITH CLEAR WEATHER AND NOT INTOXICATED. KINDA STRANGE.............I HAVE NEVER VEERED OFF INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. AND I WOULDNT IF I WAS EVEN DRUNK. STRANGE THIS POLICE CHIEF JUST HAPPENS TO BE ON A BIKE AND HES THE ONE WHO GETS HIT AND NOT THE 18 WHEELERS OR A BRICK WALL OR A POLE., MORE STRANGE IS..............
