sei davvero brava! ma una cosa: sbaglio o l'ombretto grigio della mac tende leggermente a svanire? si vede mentre fai il trucco che non copre uniformemente la palpebra... a me quest'estate è capitato con un altro ombretto che svaniva ( mi ha fatto venire un nervoso sembrava così bello e scrivente grrrrrrrr)

i love your tutorials !! but i have a question if you can answer please ... i notice that many eye makeup tutorials doesn't apply any foundation before and only in the rest of the face y use it even in my eyes previous to eyeshadow... is this why my makeup crease ? is better if i use only primer in the eyes ?

I have noticed that a good portion of makeup tutorials are posted by Muslim women. I am so happy to see this! Now if you would do some hijab tutorials as well, that would be great. As beautiful as your makeup always is, I'm sure you have some great hijab ideas!

Omg! Love your make-up and eye brows. Do you do Lipstick or gloss as well? My 17 yr old daughter is going to her fall formal in California, and she wanted to wear eye eye shadow and liner, you gave her an excellent example! Love it!

I'm more dark skinned with dark brown eyes I think this doesn't work at all for me I'd look scary. I'm a khaleeji girl and I absolutely hate a lot of the Arabic bridal/party makeups that we have here. I used to go to make-up salons for weddings and always end up depressed or crying coz they always over do it & never listen to what we want! Thanks to Pixiwoo and Tanya I learned to do my own makeup, and all of my friends praise my make-up and I since then I never needed to go to salons for makeup.

Haha I agree Shaddayah, a lot of the make-up is just scary. All my friends ended up looking like two month old corpses (and also the same look, so much for being unique and beautiful on your special day). Although I think what we have in the MidEast/Khalij is still better than what they have in North Africa, it sometimes looks like a badly done copy of the khaliji make-up (which is already bad as is). I like the Pixiwoos' vids pretty much though, learned a lot of them too, as you say.... :)

I agree with you. Her technique is just marvellous. And, yes, I must confess I was too a little bit shock because it seems this kind of make-up is used in a regular basis, but I'm guessing, because of a cultural thing, maybe, perhaps, it's more kind of malaquite greens than lizard ;) I was thinking Cirque du Soleil make-up... or Poison Ivy, but again, that would be just a reflection of what I can relate to culturally. Amazing work by Nic and I'm glad I learnt about another culture today :)

To accentuate the green color, use some reddish shadow, since red and green are complementary colors. It can be anywhere from a warm brown to a more reddish copper. Copper is a (warm) metallic shade that will complement all the eye colors. Also, purple is the complementary color for brown eyes, since the brown part is actually yellow (google eye macro shots!), and if it is a warm purple, it will also accentuate the green. I find it really hard to apply lashes to a client with naturally short, curly lashes, but their lashes get in the way. So I struggle with it while trying not to stick my hands in their face and then I give up because it's starting to mess up the eye makeup. Any tips that would make this easier? Thanks xo

+Michaela Albertová Hello! My Mac Eyeshadow application will last ALL DAY with a good eyelid primer. I can een go to sleep and wake up with my eyeshadow still in place. I use Urban Decay Primer Potion on my lids before applying eyeshadow and sometimes I use a base WITH my primer. Hope this helps!

@MakeUpMasDe40 Muchas gracias!!! pues no hice entrada de esa paleta pq como hay tantisima gente que la tiene... pense que una mas cansaria mucho.La verdad que si merece la pena pero es cara creo que es mejor cojerla con descuento sino, se incrementa muy cara.

Cuando algo me gustaba mucho d pequeña, decía q me rechinaban los dientes. Pues me rechinan los dientes d tan bonitas q son las sombras y lo preciosas q quedan. Me ha encantado este look.
