@AFRICANEXPORT and that right there is why they say black don't crack =) the only time i've seen black crack or crumble is after a woman has had plastic surgery. slicing up the natural muscle flow is a stupid way to avoid aging because their faces sag, crack and do splits afterwards. look at lindsay Lohan who is 24 but looks 57.

Just saw E.L.F in Target while I went looking for affordable makeup. Thought I'd come on YT and see some reviews. i use the elf all over color stick in toffee for more than just under my eyes, when im in a rush and don't feel like using my elf foundation i use the stick to conceal uneven skin and blemishe and i use the powder to matify it. hope that helps

Lord, I hate it when people use "ethnic" as a euphemism for "black" or "non-white". Everyone's ethnic. Ethnic just means belonging to a particular culture. Everyone belongs to some culture or another. Would you say "white ethnic skin".

I like the way ELF makeup smells too. I've heard other beauty gurus say that they didn't like the scent and others who do like it. Since I love the scent, I asked my husband what he thought of the smell and he HATED IT. LOL

@imso0wicked same here i just bought some things from there site but foundations just looked way too light especially the toffee. im the same shade so im glad to know that their foundation will work on me now!

You should invest in a primer and/or oil control lotion. I have both from Mac and they work really well :)

This isn't negative at all, but I've noticed that a lot of darker women have warm undertones, but the concealers are yellow.

I think it's because when they're made, the people who make them don't really adapt the formula to suit darker skin. I think (I could be wrong) that paler skin tones can pull of cooler tones even if they're not necessarily a cool tone. But on darker women, it doesn't have the same effect.
